Phones and tablets are sold invoiced and under warranty. The price on the product page includes VAT; nothing surprising appears at checkout.

We repair screens, batteries and charging ports, among others. You get the price and the turnaround time before any work begins.

Order and confirmation
Once your order arrives we verify stock and address. If something is off, we call you before anything ships.

Shipping
Orders prepared on business days are handed to our contracted courier the same day. Your tracking number arrives by email.

Returns and exchanges
Turkish distance-selling law gives you 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. The full conditions are written out on our returns page.

The repair process
Send the device by courier, or hand it to our Istanbul city courier. No work starts until you approve the quote.
